You Are Infinite!
We live in a universe of
infinite potential and infinite possibilities. Whatever they may
be, do not define or limit yourself by your current
circumstances. You are an infinite being!
One of our major challenges lies in the fact that
the conscious mind, the part of our mind that makes us
aware of ourselves and our environment, makes up only 2% to 10%
of our awareness. It is from this limited perspective that we
make all our choices in life, for choice only exists in the
conscious mind.
Our subconscious mind is in charge of
90% to 98% of our awareness and function. We are not aware of
its functions because they are below our conscious
awareness. The subconscious mind is in charge of all the major
body functions ranging from heart rate, blood pressure,
immunity, hormone balance, sugar metabolism, detoxification,
just to name a few. You don’t have to tell your heart to beat or
your stomach to digest food. All of these occur automatically
below your conscious awareness. The subconscious is also where
emotions, memories and beliefs are stored that have not been
processed and integrated.
